Call the Wan 2.7 Video Edit API on APIMart with one POST request. Editing is asynchronous: submit a task, then poll the task endpoint for the video URL.
Save your APIMart key in the APIMART_API_KEY environment variable and send it as Authorization: Bearer <key> on every request.
POST /v1/videos/generations with model wan2.7-videoedit, the source clip in video_urls and your edit instruction. Add image_urls for a target style. The task ID is in data[0].task_id.
Poll GET /v1/tasks/{task_id} until status is completed, then read the video URL from data.result.videos[0].url[0] and save the file to your own storage.
See the Wan 2.7 Video Edit API reference for every parameter, input limit and response field.

Answers about wan2.7-videoedit inputs, audio, parameters and pricing
Wan 2.7 Video Edit is Alibaba's Wan 2.7 video editing model. It changes an existing 2 to 10 second clip from a text instruction and optional reference images and returns the edited video at 720P or 1080P. On APIMart its model ID is wan2.7-videoedit.
It handles instruction-based edits such as replacing a background, changing clothing, adding elements and restyling the whole clip. Reference images can show the target style or appearance.
The model performs a default style transfer on the source video. Add a prompt when you want a specific change.
One mp4 or mov clip of 2 to 10 seconds, 240 to 4096 pixels per side, aspect ratio between 1:8 and 8:1, and up to 100 MB. If you send several URLs, only the first is used.
With duration 0 (the default) the output keeps the full source length and is billed on its actual duration. Set 2 to 10 seconds to keep only that much from the start; it cannot exceed the source length.
By default metadata.audio_setting is auto, which regenerates audio to match the edited video. Set it to origin to keep the source audio, for example dialogue or important background sound.
Use Wan 2.7 Video Edit to change footage you already have. Use Wan 2.7 (wan2.7) to generate new video from text or frames or to continue a clip, and Wan 2.7 R2V (wan2.7-r2v) to create new shots that keep referenced characters consistent.
model (wan2.7-videoedit) and video_urls are required. Optional fields: prompt, negative_prompt, image_urls (up to 4), resolution (default 1080P), duration (default 0), size, prompt_extend (default true), seed, watermark, nsfw_check and metadata.audio_setting.
POST to /v1/videos/generations and read the task ID from data[0].task_id. Poll GET /v1/tasks/{task_id} every few seconds until status is completed, then read data.result.videos[0].url[0].
Wan 2.7 Video Edit is billed per second of output video, and 1080P costs more per second than 720P. With duration 0 you pay for the actual output length. See the pricing table on this page; Gold members save 20%, and Platinum and Diamond members save up to 28%.
No. APIMart has no free quota for Wan 2.7 Video Edit; you pay per second for each task. Alibaba offers it as a hosted API and has not released its weights.

Wan 2.7 R2v
wan2.7‑r2v is the reference‑to‑video variant within Alibaba’s Wan 2.7 video generation model family. It uses one or more reference images or short clips as visual anchors and, combined with a text prompt, generates new video content that preserves the appearance and identity of characters or objects from the references while animating motion and scene direction. This makes it especially useful for consistent character representation, product showcases, brand assets, and creative workflows where visual continuity is important.
